convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed non-functional tv reported issue ideal situation
the location was convenient. it put me right where i needed to be. the staff seemed good and were friendly. the bed was also very comfortable.
the tv didn't work in my room! i reported this. they moved me to another room, but the tv didn't work there either. i found this unacceptable and not ideal.

i found the staff helpful and the housekeeping manager were really nice too locate my lost item i am grateful for their help. param from the bar served us lovely cocktails i recommend the pornstar martini and daiquiri. room service provided new towels and replenished tea and coffee. the location offers easy access to many attractions
the lighting in the room was quite dark , made applying makeup difficult

The room had some free toiletries I needed since I forgot to pack them.
Nice view. Roadwork made getting around difficult. I had to pay extra to park in a nearby garage, not what I hoped for.
