the tv didn't work in my room! i reported this. they moved me to another room, but the tv didn't work there either. i found this unacceptable and not ideal.

i found the staff helpful and the housekeeping manager were really nice too locate my lost item i am grateful for their help. param from the bar served us lovely cocktails i recommend the pornstar martini and daiquiri. room service provided new towels and replenished tea and coffee. the location offers easy access to many attractions
the lighting in the room was quite dark , made applying makeup difficult
